Privacy policy
This policy describes what SeertixReviews collects, how we process it, and how users can control data and Google account permissions.
1) Data we collect
We collect account identity data (email, user id), organization settings, review data imported from configured sources, and operational telemetry required to secure and operate the platform.
2) Why we process data
Data is processed to provide review monitoring, draft generation, approval-first publication workflows, and audit history. We only request Google permissions needed for Business Profile operations with explicit user consent.
3) Token handling and storage
OAuth tokens are stored server-side only, encrypted at rest, never exposed to the browser, and revoked on disconnect. We log trace ids and operational status without logging raw tokens.
4) Retention and deletion
Data is retained only as long as needed for legal obligations and service operation. You can request account or workspace deletion using the Data Deletion page and contact channel.
5) User rights
You can request access, correction, export, revocation of OAuth access, or permanent deletion. Requests are acknowledged via contact@seertixreviews.com.
