Terms of service
These terms govern how organizations use SeertixReviews and define security, billing, and acceptable-use obligations.
1) Service scope
SeertixReviews provides review intelligence and publication workflows for authorized business owners and teams. You are responsible for lawful use and account governance.
2) Acceptable use
You must not use the platform to impersonate others, publish illegal content, bypass provider restrictions, or violate Google Business Profile policies. Abuse leads to immediate suspension.
3) Account and security
You must protect account credentials and only connect Google accounts you control. OAuth permissions can be revoked anytime in your Google account and in Seertix settings.
4) Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed according to selected pricing. You can cancel at any time. Access and data retention follow your subscription status and legal obligations.
5) Liability and support
The service is provided with best-effort availability. We provide support for critical incidents and security events through official contact channels.
